Christopher steers associations & businesses, and oversees all the aspects related to a listed entity including financial management,
investor relations, corporate governance and developing strategies.He is widely recognized as one of the top consultants and trainers on Business Intelligence in India.
A brand in himself, he comes with an extensive experience of over 15 years in the technology industry with specialization across Vendor
platforms on Databases, Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing. He is actively engaged in providing solutions like Technology trainings,
building POC's, conducting Architect workshops on SQL Server and implementing Business Intelligence systems for Microsoft partners and other

Christopher wants to build a strong association which will consist of Entrepreneurs/Owners/Directors/CEOs of the SME segment based in India. This
association will focus on all the pain areas of small & mid-size businesses. He wants to make sure that when an Entrepreneur faces any challenge in his/her
business, he/she should be able to use/utilize the best of the resources & methods available, to get out of the situation. He wishes to provide a very strong
& close-knit network which can give the businessmen, the comfort & luxury to rely on someone in a difficult situation.
He came up with this association after facing numerous challenges in his career and after realizing what relief is it to be able to count on somebody and to
look upon for support & assistance in business. He realizes how networking & business relationships can help in growing businesses. He now, after learning from

Neha Singh is the Founder/Secretary of KSMBOA. She is also the Asst. Executive Director of G7 CR Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. and also heads its Business Development and Operation division.
She holds a dual Master’s degree in Technology & in Business Administration & Operations from one of the highly reputed Indian Universities.
With an experience of over 10 years in the corporate world, she leads the company’s overall efforts to strengthen G7 CR globally.
She is responsible for Client relationships & business acquisitions.She represents G7 CR as the face of the company & embodies the identity of her company in appearance, demeanor, values and ethics.
Neha in her current role, directs the business development activities of the organization and drives the new sales business for the company playing key role in the company’s bottom line.
She is also responsible for planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
Neha is known for her limitless aspirations and smart tenacity and drive, utilizing every available option and means to achieve her goals and tries to do her utmost to maximize corporate value and deliver client satisfaction.
With KSMBOA, as a Secretary, she is responsible for the entire activity planning & execution, and aims to conduct the kind of group activities which can build a sense of trust & confidence in an entrepreneur to fight away any existing or upcoming hitch. She wants to help her KSMBOA friends afford the best possible lawyer, the best possible vendors, the best trainings, resources, etc. She feels that, all this is not possible by her lone dreams, the entire association has to dream together and make this happen.

Ningappa Hosamane is the Founder/Treasurer of KSMBOA. He is also the Head of Finance & Accounts at G7 CR Technologies India Pvt. Ltd.
He is an accounts graduate and with a rich experience of over 8 years, today is completely responsible for overseeing the management and reporting of his organization’s finances. At G7 CR, Ningappa helps to provide financial advice and support to clients and colleagues to enable them to make sound business decisions.
He plays a major role in formulating financial, strategic and long-term business plans along with researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance.
At the same time, he is also responsible for preparing the financial accounts for the organization and ensuring the financial integrity of the statutory accounts.
Through analysis of accounting data, he very well finds ways to improve underperforming areas within the company creating efficiencies and reducing costs to maximize working capital for business growth. He is a master in developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations.
He achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change.
With his dedication he plays a key role in helping the organization to avoid legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing accounting regulations and recommending new procedures.
As the Treasurer of KSMBOA, he has a critical role over all aspects of financial management, working closely with other members of the Committee to safeguard the association’s finances. He is an information and reference point for the committee members: clarifying financial implications of proposals; confirming legal requirements; outlining the current financial status; and retrieving relevant documentation.
